Read on to learn about the incredible journey my client Sarah has had for the past 12 months. Sarah has been an incredible client. She has been open and trusting to the process. She has asked questions along the way and reached out for help when she needed it. Sarah has become a friend and it has been an absolute pleasure to see her confidence completely transform over the past 12 months. Words cannot describe the emotional and mental changes a client goes through on their journey. Sarah has gained strength, knowledge and skills around organisation and planning for a healthy lifestyle that will be with her forever. This is the part of my job that I love the most - changing lives for the better through education and movement. Well done Sarah, I am so proud of all you’ve achieved and can’t wait to see what the next 12 months brings you x

4 children at home & 3 that have left home.
I work as a beauty therapist between 3-5 days a week.
Initial exercise was zero.
Now I do… 4 gym resistance sessions + 1 Body step + 1 Body balance class per week
When I look at my before photos I can’t believe it because it’s not how I felt on the inside it’s not how I saw myself. I didn’t realise HOW I actually looked. I still can’t believe it to be honest. How far I have come is incredible to me, and I love that.
I have learnt so much about myself, my strengths, weaknesses, desires, and most of all just being completely honest with myself. I have cried, laughed, over thought things, talked myself out of things, felt outta place and felt completely overwhelmed, BUT I have never given up on ME.
The most difficult challenge for me was actually the first thing I did, which was reaching out and asking for help, It was overwhelming and I didn’t know what I was actually doing, or who I was reaching out to, but I’m so glad I did and, you know what? I wish I had the guts to do it sooner.
My mindset has changed dramatically, I actually surprised myself with this. I plan my day out now and make sure that I get it all in and if I don’t, I don’t beat myself up about it, one bad day isn’t going to affect you in the long run. I’m kinder to myself and I don’t talk down to myself anymore. I got this.
What have I learnt along the way? I have learnt that I CAN….
Why would I recommend Rachel? Rachel has been a gem to me, she actually cares about her clients and you can see this in the way she connects with her clients, We all look forward to seeing her and getting feedback from her, HONEST feedback and she isn’t afraid to give it, and its just what we need, no bullshit. She is approachable, knowledgeable and supportive, and she has an excellent ability to communicate which I think is essential. She has a thorough understanding of the body and its functions and will design your nutrition needs for you and give you a healthier understanding of food. Her commitment is amazing and I can’t thank her enough for ALL she has done for me.
I would say to people who think I don’t have time or I could never do that is that… I was that person, that was me…… Give yourself a go. See what you’re capable of, you are capable of so much more that you give yourself credit for, we all are. If I can do it anybody can and I never in a million years thought I would be a person who goes to the gym, works out and actually likes it. We are worth this and we deserve all the good things in life. Give it a go, you might surprise yourself just like I did.
