Initial Consultation

  • 60 mins - $105

  • 90 mins - $135

Feeling lost with your current nutrition and lifestyle? Start here and book in for a full consultation. We will chat about your current lifestyle and habits. From there I will conduct a full nutrition & exercise assessment; including goal setting, lifestyle advice, nutrition education & counselling. You will be provided with an individualised treatment & dietary plan.

Exercise Programming (in person only)

  • from $15 per week - check-ins extra

$90 initial personal training session to go through program and assess form.
Access to your program through my app $15/week (ongoing).
App provides full exercise video library and monitors your progress.
Access to private Facebook group.


Minimum 8-week commitment.

Nutrition Coaching (online)

 

  • 60 mins - Starting at $105

$105 initial set up & consult fee Choice of - Check-in weekly $40/week OR Check in fortnightly $40/fortnight (ongoing).
Includes; My educational guidebook, 
App access to track you progress – individual login, Healthy habit weekly focus Weekly or fortnightly check in via email – access to me through the app anytime. 
Monitoring your progress 
Access to private Facebook group.
Minimum 12-week commitment.

7-day custom meal plan

  • $150

A customised 7-day meal plan that includes; plan overview, full macronutrient and micronutrient breakdown, recipes, shopping list. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire so that your meal plan is totally individualised to your needs so that you can stick to it! ***Changes to and subsequent meal plans will be charged according to number of changes made.

Nutrition & Exercise Coaching (online)

Personal Training

  • 45 mins - $75 (existing clients only

  • 60 mins - $90 (new & existing clients)

Strength training, cardio, boxing for fitness, HIIT, circuits, I can tailor a PT session for your needs. Train one-on-one or with a friend for a workout you won’t forget. All sessions take place at Fitness Venue, Cannonvale.

 No membership required.
